A Message from The Peninsula Women’s Soccer League:

We have some out of town teams (and a couple of local teams) that could use help filling out rosters for next weekend’s Summer Soccer Classic Tournament! The tournament is August 6-7 in Escondido. Teams need both female and male players, for coed and various women’s divisions. This is the perfect chance to sign up if you don’t yet have a team for the weekend, or, hop on a second one if you want more time on the field! Are your teams interested in playing an extra game to end the season on June 4th? We would have the teams play one another by their position in the standings after games on 5/21.

Current plan is: 1st VS 2nd, 3rd vs 4th, 5th vs 6th. (The last place team would not play.) Game times would be 9:00am, 11:00am and 1:00pm on June 4th.

Thought you would probably be wondering if the games are on for tomorrow. The best information we can obtain predicts the fields will be OPEN. Of course, rain tonight could change that!! So – plan to play!! We will send out an update by 8:30 tomorrow if the field is closed!!Thanks!
