San Diego has a fantastic history of youth and adult soccer leagues! Established in 1976, the North County Women’s Soccer Association offers women of all skill levels the opportunity to have fun and stay fit on the pitch with FIFA rules, professional referees, convenient playing times, and well-maintained fields in the City of Poway. We play on Saturdays from late January into early June. Teams are always looking for new and experienced players. Women aged 30+ are invited to contact us for more information about joining this local league. Younger players are also welcome to join, as we include two 25-29 year olds on each team! Enter your email and click to subscribe to blog updates about field conditions, registration dates and other important league notices. Please Contact Us today if you are interested in joining a team for the upcoming season.
The first games of the 2015 season will take place on Saturday, January 31st. (The game schedule will be available soon.)
Let’s gear up for some great women’s soccer!
Team Managers– It’s time to start organizing your teams for the 2015 season.
1) Check in with existing team members to verify player status.
2) Take a look at the Player Interest Board for new players.
3) Consider doing group skills training at The Catalyst Training Center (TCTC).
Players– Keep in touch with your Team Manager to find out about registration forms and fees, and pre-season training sessions. Join The Catalyst Training Center’s *Holiday Health Challenge*, a 12-week nutrition and exercise program for adults that will begin on September 28th.
